Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Shifts: (2nd Shift) (Weekend Shift)

What It Takes 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plating line processes
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly

Preferred Experience

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, plating, or production experience preferred
• Experience with inspection, packaging, or material handling is a plus

What You Will Do On the Floor 

• Provide production support to line operators to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily output goals
• Perform post-plating procedures, including proper rinsing and drying of finished parts
• Inspect products for quality standards and prepare items for packaging and shipment
• Follow packaging procedures to ensure accuracy and product protection
• Learn and apply racking techniques to maximize part quality and production quantity
• Build and adjust racks to optimize capacity for new and existing products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Operate safely around production equipment and understand related safety devices
