Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Sunday – Thursday

What It Takes to Lead the Crew:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production preferred (but not required for entry-level roles)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and counting skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Ability to stand for 8–12-hour shifts
• Lift to 25–50 lbs. regularly
• Perform repetitive motions (lifting, bending, reaching)
• Work in varying temperatures (cold storage, hot production areas, depending on department)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Package, label, and palletize finished goods according to specifications
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and food safety standards
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (think audit-ready at all times)
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor production flow and report any issues or downtime immediately
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
