Cranbury, NJ
Pay Rate: $31.62 per hour
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Sunday – Thursday

What It Takes to Lead the Crew:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production preferred (but not required for entry-level roles)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and counting skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Ability to stand for 8–12-hour shifts
- Lift to 25–50 lbs. regularly
- Perform repetitive motions (lifting, bending, reaching)
- Work in varying temperatures (cold storage, hot production areas, depending on department)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Package, label, and palletize finished goods according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and food safety standards
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment (think audit-ready at all times)
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor production flow and report any issues or downtime immediately
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
