Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday

• 1 year of previous experience
• Requires a lot of attention to detail
• Experience with staining, sealing, etc. (preferably in a spray booth environment)
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Steel-toes

Job Duties

• Perform all aspects of cabinet and millwork finishing, including painting, staining, refinishing, and touch-ups
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to deliver high-quality finishes
• Select, mix, and match paints and stains based on wood type and grain; perform color matching and re-staining
• Apply faux finishes, glazing, and antiquing techniques as required
• Ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality standards
• Identify and communicate any issues, material needs, or concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all OSHA and safety guidelines
• Complete required documentation and production records accurately
• Assist with training team members and support overall shop operations
• Provide professional and positive service in a team-oriented environment
