Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Saturday

Join the crew as a Quality Inspector in Harrodsburg where quality and grit go hand in hand. You’ll keep production clean, standards high, and mistakes off the floor.

What You’ll Need to Get on Board

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of inspection experience
• Strong attention to detail and focus under pressure
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to) 50 lbs
• Dependable teammate with pride in doing it right

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Perform sorting, testing, inspection, and rework of materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and maintain product integrity throughout all processes.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections per work instructions.
• Accurately complete required documentation and inspection records.
• Use basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) to support daily tasks.
• Operate inspection tools and equipment including go/no-go gauges, micrometers, and standard measuring devices.
• Utilize hand tools such as crimpers, drills, and files as needed.
• Identify, mark, and document defects on non-conforming parts.
• Process tags and maintain non-conforming material (NCM) documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines.
• Work under supervision while following written and verbal instructions accurately.
