Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: (1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) Monday – Friday
Training schedule for the first month is 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for 1st shift & 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM for 2nd shift

What It Takes

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or a green card holder
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs regularly
• Willingness to assist with machine setup, operation, and cleaning
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn new skills
• Dependable and punctual team player
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company
• Interest in developing skills in manufacturing and machine operation

Daily Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts into tumbling machines
• Sort finished parts from tumbling media
• Clean parts prior to submission to Quality Control
• Perform visual inspections to identify damaged or defective parts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tumbling machines and work areas
• Replace used tumbling media with new material (bags weighing approximately 25–30 lbs)
• Assist with general production tasks as assigned by the supervisor
