Shift: 6 am – 4:30 pm, Mon – Thurs

The Lowdown You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required
• 3–5+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system use
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and climbing

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight using a forklift while ensuring safe material handling practices
• Package materials and finished products according to customer specifications and prepare for shipment
• Complete shipping documentation, including packing slips and labeling of outgoing freight
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Receive, inspect, and process returned goods, raw materials, and purchased items
• Maintain organized staging areas and ensure warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards
• Coordinate workflow with team members and third-party partners to meet production and shipping deadlines
• Monitor and manage daily workflow, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives
