Now Hiring Press Operator
Riverside, CA
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

What It Takes to Get the Job Done

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
  • Basic understanding of machinery or production equipment operation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

The Work You Own
Press Operation

  • Operate press machinery and related production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor press operations to ensure consistent output and quality standards
  • Perform basic equipment checks and support routine production monitoring

Material Handling

  • Receive, move, and organize raw materials to designated work areas
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles
  • Maintain organized and properly labeled material storage areas

Packaging & Shipping

  • Package finished products according to company specifications and guidelines
  • Inspect completed packages to ensure quality standards are met
  • Prepare products for shipment and coordinate with internal logistics teams

General Production Duties

  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and workplace guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Participate in training to develop skills and support operational efficiency
