What Gets You on the Line

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently
• Previous machine operation/warehouse experience (6 months)
• Overhead crane experience preferred
• Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Load metal rods of various sizes into rebar machines to cut, bend, or form rebar to specifications.
• Material Handling: Move, organize, and stage raw materials and finished rebar products.
• Load & Unload Trucks: Assist with loading and unloading rebar using an overhead crane when needed.
• Strapping & Bundling: Secure finished rebar bundles for storage or shipment.
• Quality & Accuracy: Ensure correct sizes and quantities are processed according to work orders.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures while operating machinery and handling materials.
• General Labor: Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; report any equipment issues.
