• Production, warehouse, or machine shop experience (1+ years)
• Comfortable troubleshooting and fixing minor issues

On the Job

• Operate Punch Cut machines per work instructions and daily production goals
• Review job priorities and ensure materials are staged correctly
• Monitor production quality through visual and dimensional checks
• Accurately record production activity and communicate any issues
• Perform basic machine checks, cleaning, and report maintenance needs
• Assist with material handling, labeling, and staging finished goods
