Pay Rate: $22.98 per hour
Shift: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am, Mon – Thurs (OT on Fri as needed)

CNC (FOM) Operator Qualifications: Step Up to the Machine

• GED or high school diploma required; tech school background preferred.
• 2+ years working directly on CNC lathes or mills.
• Solid understanding of blueprints, measurements, and part tolerances
• Proficient in using hand tools, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Team player who values precision and safety.
• Must be physically able to lift (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.

• Inspect raw materials for defects or damage before machining
• Fabricate parts to precise dimensions using machine tools
• Select and run pre-set CNC programs per customer specifications
• Perform the deburring of products
• Determine offsets and adjust on-screen values to maintain tolerance
• Change and measure tooling as needed
