Gear Up for Success With:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of cable assembly, wiring, or electrical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Experience using hand tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, and soldering irons.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly environments.
• Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-620 for cable and wire harness assembly) is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

What You’ll Be Hands-On With:

• Assemble cables, wire harnesses, and electrical components according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Perform cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Install connectors, terminals, and other cable components.
• Inspect assembled cables to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform continuity testing and basic electrical testing of cable assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and quality standards.
• Report any assembly issues, defects, or material shortages to supervisors.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet production deadlines and quality requirements.
