Here’s what we’re looking for.

• Minimum of 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Paralegal certification preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Manage case files, maintain organized records, and track deadlines
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Coordinate the discovery process, including document production and review
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings
• Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and witness files
