Required Skills for Success

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional and courteous communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business preferred)

A Day in This Role

Accounts Receivable

• Process customer invoices and ensure accurate billing
• Post customer payments and apply them to the correct accounts
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry
• Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and accurate AP files and documentation

General Accounting Duties

• Assist with account reconciliations
• Maintain financial records with strong attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams
