What Makes You a Solid Fit

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous press/manufacturing experience
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic understanding of quality standards and production processes
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

How You’ll Keep Things Rolling

• Operate production machinery and meet or exceed output targets
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results
• Complete required production paperwork (quality, scrap, time tracking, traceability)
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished goods
• Maintain organization of materials in tubs, skids, and containers
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and coordinators
• Support additional production tasks as needed
