Shift: All shifts with required daily and weekly overtime as needed | Training on 1st for 1-4 weeks

What You’ll Need

• At least 6 months of machine operation experience (die casting experience a plus)
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to train on a different shift for 1–4 weeks

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down die casting machines in accordance with SOPs
• Trim and finish cast parts using wire wheels, hand files, and other tools
• Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and 5S practices
• Inspect parts using visual checks and precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Operate a powered pallet jack to transport materials and baskets
• Perform and record quality checks accurately within the AGSS system
• Complete daily production reports and document downtime or defects
• Identify and segregate non-conforming materials following proper procedures
• Conduct equipment safety checks and follow lockout/tagout protocols
