Pay: $24-$28 per hour

1st Shift Hours

Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping production running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Your expertise in PLC programming, metal and plastic fabrication, and welding will help ensure top-tier performance and quality across machines.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma/GED + a 2-year degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required)
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience and technical skills in PLC troubleshooting and mechanical systems
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and welding
• Strong troubleshooting, math, communication, reasoning, and mechanical skills
• A dedication to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety protocols
• The ability to read blueprints and perform quality inspections

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently, stand for up to 10 hours, and be comfortable with repetitive motions, bending, and squatting.
