Shift: Day shift hours | Monday – Friday | Hours vary depending on warehouse needs

Here’s what we’re looking for.

• Previous warehouse or logistics clerical experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Experience with LTL shipments, shipping paperwork, and warehouse systems preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain shipping paperwork and logistics documentation
• Support LTL shipment coordination and tracking
• Enter and update shipment information in warehouse systems
• Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate shipments
• Maintain organized records and support daily logistics operations
• A combination of sitting and standing throughout the shift
• Light lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
