What You’ll Need

• GED or high school diploma (trade school is a bonus).
• Hands-on experience fixing and maintaining industrial gear. (1+ years)
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knows how to read blueprints and get the job done.
• Fit enough to lift, move, and handle tough environments.

Your Workday in Action

• Inspect, repair, and replace parts to keep machines alive.
• Troubleshoot wiring, gears, hydraulics — whatever needs fixing.
• Respond to “machine down” calls without hesitation.
• Help improve safety and efficiency across the shop.
