What It Takes to Lead the Crew:

• High school diploma or GED; warehouse know-how is a plus
• 5+ years running a team
• Know warehouse ops, safety, and inventory basics
• Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory control
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• On your feet all day, lifting up to 50 lbs when needed
• Lead by example — hustle hard, keep the crew motivated
• Keep the floor safe, clean, and moving
• Handle schedules, staff, and daily workflow
• Track shipments, accuracy, and keep orders on time
