A well-established, family-owned electrical contractor with a strong reputation in commercial and industrial construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support growing project demand. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-driven professional who excels at blueprint analysis, accurate cost forecasting, and supporting winning bids that turn plans into reality.

Here’s what it takes to succeed with us.

• Electrical estimating experience in commercial and/or industrial construction
• Strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills
• High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with estimating software and related tools
• Journeyman license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
• Ability to stand for extended periods as needed
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet bid deadlines

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment
• Utilize estimating software to develop competitive bids and proposals
• Analyze project risks, scope changes, and cost variables
• Collaborate with project managers, field leadership, and vendors
• Maintain organized estimating files and historical cost data
• Support bid reviews and respond to scope clarifications as needed
