Looking for warehouse shipping and receiving jobs in Lyons? We’re hiring Dock and Logistics Clerk workers who can keep up the pace and get rewarded for it.

The Daily Action

• Verify and inspect inbound loads for accuracy, condition, and proper documentation.
• Review inbound paperwork and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages as needed.
• Prepare and review outbound load paperwork, including shipping documents and load details.
• Ensure outbound trucks are loaded correctly and according to shipping requirements.
• Assist the Shipping & Receiving team with monitoring dock activity and load status.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to support efficient dock flow.
• Serve as a backup to Shipping & Receiving operations during high volume or absences.
• Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound schedules as needed.
• Support accurate recordkeeping related to dock activity and shipments.

The Gear You’ll Need 

• Warehouse experience required.
• Previous dock, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift experience of 2–3 years required.
• Agriculture or produce industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in cooler environments (32–45 degrees Fahrenheit).
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
