Location: Van Wert, OH (onsite position)
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour
Shift: Rotating Schedule | 2 – 2 – 3 | Day Shift (4:45 AM – 5 PM) or Night Shift (4:45 PM – 5 AM)

Production Line Ready

• No previous experience required!
• Lift (up to) 40 lbs and stack product safely
• You’re good with your hands and can be “on-the-go” the full shift

Your Day at the Plant

• Monitors conveyor system performance by observing belts for malfunctions, jams, or product damage using sensors and cameras.
• Stops conveyors and manually removes stuck cartons using approved tools and processes.
• Inspects cartons for defects or damage and removes non-conforming products from the line.
• Diverts product flow as needed to maintain smooth and efficient conveyor operation.
• Performs routine cleaning of the production area and reports maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains overall functionality of conveyor systems by identifying and assisting with minor troubleshooting issues.
