Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM | $23 – $25 per hour
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- 1+ years of previous office experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Provide excellent customer service from the front desk.
Receptionist Responsibilities
Greet visitors with a welcoming demeanor. Handle incoming calls, screen and route them appropriately, and forward messages. Distribute incoming mail, track and manage office supply inventory, and maintain organized filing systems. Enter and match vendor bills to purchase orders, file vendor bills and payment records, process credit card payments, and assist with month-end statements.
