Staffmark, in partnership with our manufacturing client in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and cheerful candidate to join our growing team as a Production Worker. If you have at least one year of related experience and are ready to try something new and learn new skills, this is the perfect temp-to-hire position for you!

We offer a variety of schedules so you can choose the one that fits you best!

• 1st shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday
• 2nd shift: 2:30pm – 10:30am, Monday – Friday
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm – 6:30am, either Sunday- Thursday OR Monday – Friday

Pay: $20/hr. 
Possible overtime as needed 

Essential tasks:
Inspect and hand stack cases on skids using stacking patterns, shrink-wrap skids efficiently, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Monitor and troubleshoot tape machines, replacing tape as needed while following safety protocols. Notify supervisors of any issues or concerns and ensure mod supplies are prepared. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of related experience. Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
