Director of Sales

Job Description:

Secure your future by joining their team as a Director of Sales in Rogers, AR.

Salary: $100,000/yr. (+ commission / bonuses offered by our client) 

Director of Sales responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential customers through online databases, social media, networking events, and partnerships to fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, and decision-making processes to ensure alignment with products and services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers and the Walmart Vendor community to enhance brand awareness and trust.
  • Regularly engage with leads through consistent communication and value-added interactions.
  • Manage the final stages of the sales process, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals, with support from senior sales representatives and leadership when needed.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software (Hubspot).
  • Collaborate with team members to drive business growth and brand recognition within the Walmart community.

Qualifications:
This is an excellent opportunity for a strongly motivated sales professional looking to grow professionally while gaining extremely valuable enterprise level business to business sales experience. Experience in working with large vendors to Walmart is a requirement. Must have five years of experience in prospecting and cold calling sales lead generation and closing deals.
