Time Clock Procedures
It’s important that you remember to clock in and out each day using the time clock.
- Please remember to clock in and out at the correct times: when starting your shift and when ending your shift.
- You may clock in up to 5 minutes before your scheduled start time, but no earlier.
- Be sure to only clock in and out for yourself—sharing or swapping time punches is not allowed and can lead to serious consequences, up to and including termination with Staffmark.

Pay Schedule
- All employees are paid weekly for hours worked the previous pay period.
- Pay week for Oldcastle APG is Sunday – Saturday.
- Pay is guaranteed to be available by 12:00 PM (noon) each Friday. If you do not receive your pay by this time, please notify us immediately. While some banks may release funds earlier, Friday is the official pay date when Staffmark processes and releases payroll
- The 2 BEST ways to receive your pay check:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card

If you miss a shift and do not contact us, it is considered a No Call/No Show.
No call/no show can result in immediate removal from assignment.
