American Eagle and Staffmark have partnered together to provide a more streamlined approach towards staffing!
Your assignment at American Eagle will soon transfer to Staffmark to give you better visibility to your work assignment through the Staffmark WorkNOW app and support with our Onsite program. Your original hire date, job, pay rate, and previous hours worked will continue through Staffmark.
wHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Staffmark has been selected to be responsible for:
- Managing hiring functions for American Eagle as well as managing all aspects of the staffing program effective May 5th, 2025.
- Staffmark will be responsible for recruiting and supporting all Contingent Workers (Talent) on assignment at American Eagle.
What are the next steps?
- Download the Staffmark Group WorkNOW app and complete the onboarding process.
- Meet with Staffmark onsite at American Eagle during the transition week of 4/9/25 – 4/12/25.
- We will schedule you for an in person session one of those days during your shift.
- Bring your smartphone, documents that establish identity and work eligibility and account information for direct deposit.
- You must provide identification that establishes your right to work in the US .

Frequently Asked Questions
No, applying with Staffmark will not affect your current assignment.
- Your job duties remain the same.
- Your assignment ending date will not change
- If your assignment ends, you can contact your current agency or Staffmark and we will try to place you in another position, if possible.
- Your rate of pay will not be affected.
