Hello! My name is Rasheed Ibrahim, and I am thrilled to join the Wayfair team! I was raised in Burlington, Kentucky, and have lived in Kentucky all my life. I graduated from Cooper High School in Union, Kentucky, and studied business administration at Northern Kentucky University. I have been working in management and human resources for the last 12 years and enjoy every moment of it! I have a passion for helping people grow and become the best version of themselves in the workplace!
In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, going to the gym, spending time with my family, attending concerts, and taking road trips!

Employee does not follow site call off procedure (NCNS)
On-site Manager should conduct a seek to understand conversation with the employee to determine a possible root cause and alternate resolution.

Punching in after the scheduled start time, but prior to half the scheduled shift. *Employees will be allowed a 4 minute & 59 second grace period for all time-clock eligible associates.*
Leaving work early any time before the scheduled end of shift. The shift includes any scheduled overtime.
Time off from work for reasons other than approved absences. This covers all shifts missed, including scheduled or volunteered overtime days.
Missing a full day with no notification. Three (3) “no call no shows” at any point during employment will be considered an intention to resign from employment with Wayfair. The separation process for Job Abandonment should be followed.
Your pay will be monitored by an automatic timekeeping system.
Starting at $17.50
Employees will receive occurrences for missed time that can result in dismissal of assignment. Employees working full time hours can be released on the 4th occurrence in 90 days. Employees working part time hours can be released on the 2nd occurrence in 90 days. Occurrences will start over every 90 days. An occurrence is a tardy, unplanned early departure, or an unplanned absence. No call / No show can result in termination on the 3rd occurrence.
Part time shifts may be available.
To ensure a safe and productive work environment, a dress code is strictly enforced for all employees.
