Congratulations on being selected to work at Wayfair!

Staffmark and Wayfair have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Wayfair.

It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

How to Check-In

On your first day your Staffmark On-Site Representative will meet you at the employee entrance.

Please ring the doorbell and security will be right with you. Photo ID is required on your first day.

Employee Policies

Time Clock + Pay

Time Clock Procedures

Your pay will be monitored by an automatic timekeeping system. 

  • Clock in for start of shift, in and out for meal break, and out for end of shift.
  • Do not clock in more than 7 minutes prior to shift start.
  • You must always clock out and notify a leader if you are leaving the facility.
  • Missed punches can cause mistakes on your pay checks and we cannot ensure your paycheck accuracy.
  • If you have any problems with the time clock, please see your Staffmark On-Site Manager.
Pay Rates

Starting at $16.50

Pay Schedule
  • Paydays are every Friday.
  • Pay period is from Monday to Sunday
  • and is paid the following Friday.
  • You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
    • Direct Deposit
    • Skylight Pay Card.

Requesting Time Off:

Lunch / Other Policies

Employees get (2) 15 min paid breaks and (1) 30-minute unpaid breaks/meal period.

Break room has canteen, vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves.

Eating on the production floor is prohibited.

Dress Code

To ensure a safe and productive work environment, a dress code is strictly enforced for all employees.

  • All clothing must be in good shape and not ripped, tattered or noticeably stained or soiled.
  • Shorts are allowed when appropriate in length and style.
  • Revealing items are not allowed.
  • No derogatory, offensive or obscene comments on clothing.
  • Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times in the warehouse and must be closed-toed, cover the entire foot (toes, heels, top of foot), and be a sneaker or boot with no or low heels (less than 2 inches).
  • No hooded articles of clothing are allowed in any warehouse facility.
  • No items of clothing with strings that hang away from the body.
  • All jackets must be completely zipped at all times while in the warehouse.
  • No excessively loose garments.
  • No hanging jewelry: i.e. earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. Medical alert bracelets may be worn, but must be secure and close to the skin.
  • Hair that is long enough to be pulled back must be securely tied up. Hair, including ponytails, should not hang below the shoulders.
  • Breakaway lanyards are required in warehouse facilities with conveyor belts and these will be provided by Wayfair. Badges must be visible when in a Wayfair facility (see the “Badge Policy” for additional details).
  • Any item that may be construed as gang related is strictly prohibited.
  • Employees are expected to observe good personal hygiene. Employees must come to work clean and without any offensive odors.
