How to Check-In
When you arrive, please text us your name and let us know you are in the lobby, so we can come get you. The number to text is (985) 603-8290
Orientation Information
We are excited to welcome you to Verescence. Your orientation and training will take place at our Covington facility, located at 9141 Technology Drive, Covington, GA 30014. Please arrive by 7:00 AM on Monday to begin your orientation.
Dress for Success
- Make sure you have your steel-toed shoes on! You will not be allowed to stay if you do not have them.
- Jeans or Khakis
- T-shirt
- No hoodies or jackets with a hood
Make sure you pack a lunch, as you cannot leave for breaks or lunch.

The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.
You are not able to leave the premises or go to your car for breaks. We recommend that you pack your lunch.

Attendance & Shifts
Attendance Policy
- Full training attendance is required: All training sessions must be attended in full; every minute is important.
- Training Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Training Absences: Any absence or missed time during training will result in termination.
- Tardiness and Absences: Any instance of being late or absent will be documented as a write-up.
- Write-up Limit: You may receive up to 4 write-ups within a quarter (3 months).
