Staffmark and UPSMI have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and UPSMI.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Enter through the side door on the East side of the building next to the parking area. You will enter right into the break/locker room and the Staffmark office is directly to the right.
We host interviews and orientations weekly, please refer your friends to contact our team!
Must be flexible with start times and can work anywhere from 5-8 hours.

The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.
Your hours worked will be monitored by using our PeopleNet timekeeping system. It is your responsibility to clock in and out on time clock, as well as on the sheets provided by UPS leads.
Employees working at UPSMI have signed and will be held to Staffmark’s on point attendance program. Please reach out to your Recruiter for a copy, if needed.
Requesting time off- We require a week notice from the day requested and turn in a Time off request form for documentation unless you are taking more than 3 days off we do ask for more notice time.
Unplanned absences, tardiness or leaving early are considered unexcused.
Call out—If for some unexpected reason such as an emergency or illness and you cannot make it to work or will be late, please contact Staffmark at least two business hours prior to your assignment start or as soon as possible so they can call the supervisor and/or find a replacement. Make sure you clock in from lunch no more or less than 45 minutes after you clock out for lunch.
Casual but appropriate work clothing (jeans/khakis, tee shirt, sweatshirt, no tears/rips or open toe shoes/slippers)
