Staffmark and Toshiba have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Toshiba.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Report to Toshiba main office lobby @ 8:30AM
Sign in at the Kiosk’s for a temporary badge and a Staffmark representative will meet you in the lobby.
Bring a description of your vehicle including license plate number to be issued a parking sticker.
You will spend your first day completing all the EH&S training on computer.
Make sure to bring a lunch with you.
Contact your Staffmark Representative for your Orientation Information.
Monday – Sunday.
We will provide more detailed information on shifts that are tailored to your role.
Parking and Badging is located at the Eldridge entrance.
Stay to the right when entering. This is where you will park.
The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.
You are REQUIRED to call your supervisor and text Staffmark
at 281-729-6572 at least 30 minutes prior to your shift.
Failure to call and text will result in a No Call No Show.
Please provide the following:
Request time off through the automated request.
Staffmark will follow up with your Supervisor for approval.
Requests are approved at the Supervisor’s discretion based
on business needs.
Lunches are 30 minutes, and two 10-minute breaks. It is suggested that you bring your lunch.
If you must leave, you are required to clock in / out for your lunch times.
Refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines are provided.
Please do your part to keep the area clean.
