Congratulations on being selected to work at Tenneco!
Staffmark and Tenneco have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Tenneco.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Shifts | Workhours | Workdays
1st shift | 7:00am – 3:00pm | Monday – Friday
2nd shift | 3:00pm – 11:00pm | Monday – Friday
3rd shift | 11:00pm – 7:00am | Monday – Friday
No weekends worked.
There may be some overtime throughout the week, generally voluntary. If overtime is mandated, you will be notified ahead of time.
Onsite Information
Parking
On your first day, you will park in the front of the building and go in through the front office doors.
If Annette isn’t already there to greet you, you can use the phone in the lobby to dial extension 3946.

The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
- You will clock into our Staffmark timeclock.
- Use the last 4 of your social security number to clock in and out.
- Your lunch is paid, so no need to clock out for lunch!
Pay Schedule
- $15.00/hr
- PLUS an additional $1 per hour weekly attendance bonus for perfect attendance.
- Pay days are every week on Friday.

Dress Code
What to wear:
- Steel-toed shoes are required.
- Jeans or shorts.
- A t-shirt.
- Always wear your safety equipment that is provided to you.
