Use the main entrance, enter the vestibule and ring the bell, ask for your hiring manager and someone will assist you.
On your first day, a Taymark secure access badge will be issued to you. This badge will allow you to enter the building and access your assigned areas. If you have lost your badge, please immediately see your Supervisor/Manager. Badges must always be visible from the waist up when working at Taymark. You must use your badge every time you enter the building. You will also use your badge to clock in/out to record your hours worked for payroll. Do not ever allow anyone in the building—all people that can access the building will have their own working badge.
Shifts vary based on positions and time of year. Please contact your representative for more information.
Parking is available on the East side of the building. Do not park in stalls designated for visitors or other clearly marked spots
If you have any general questions, please contact your employer or staffing agency representative. Taylor does not handle inquiries for temporary employees.
You should ask your employer about pay.
Smoking or vaping is only allowed in your personal vehicle or designated smoking area and on your scheduled break times.
No – Taylor will provide anything that is needed for your assignment. You do need closed toe shoes, full shoe, no crocks
On your first day of assignment, you will be given a clock number for the timekeeping system. It is your responsibility to clock in and out each day and notify your supervisor of any issues experienced with the system. Failure to do so will result in inaccurate hours on the Taylor payroll feed.
The payroll week is Monday through Sunday with pay day being every Friday.
During your assignment, good attendance is of the utmost importance. It’s also essential that you be on time for your shifts. Please be aware that frequent absences and/ or tardiness can result in termination.
If you are going to be late or absent, it is your responsibility to contact your agency representative.
Failure to properly report absences can result in termination.
Hourly employees scheduled for an 8-hour shift are provided a 30-minute paid meal period. Employees are required to clock OUT and IN from the timekeeping system.
Lunch break times will be communicated by your Manager.
Break times are 15 minutes and is considered “paid time”, you do not clock out/in for Break.
