Congratulations on being selected to work at Stord!

Staffmark and Stord have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Stord.

It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

Time Clock Procedures

Contact your Onsite Manager for time clock procedure. 

Attendance Policy

  1. No Call No Show
    Agency workers are strictly prohibited from engaging in any “No Call No Show” incidents. A “No call
    No show” refers to an absence from the assigned shift without notifying their Agency at least 24 hours in
    advance by pre approved messures. Any instances of “No call No show” will be subject to disciplinary action,
    up to and including the end of the assignment with Stord.
  2. Excused Absences
    To request an excused absence, Associates must complete a “Time Off Request Form” on the
    Staffmark table, which must be signed by their Area Managers and above only, Leads cannot approve time
    off.
    The request must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance, except in cases of emergency or
    unforeseen circumstances. Failure to follow the proper procedure for requesting an excused absence may
    result in disciplinary action. While it is understood that there are instances where the company’s advance
    notification requirement can’t be met, these situations will be examined on a case-by-case basis. Associates
    are expected to provide notification as soon as practical in these instances.
  3. Mandatory Shifts
    During the course of your employment, agency workers may be required to work additional shifts
    deemed as “mandatory.” The term “mandatory shifts” refers to any shifts assigned by the company that are
    necessary to meet operational demands. Agency Workers are expected to attend and fulfill their
    responsibilities for these mandatory shifts, failure to attend mandatory shifts will be subject to disciplinary
    action.
  4. Restricted Time Off
    Due to peak operational needs, agency workers will not be permitted to request time off or personal
    time off, annually between November 1st and December 31st (dates may vary). Host Employer reserves the
    right to identify additional periods of restricted time off.
    *In cases of emergency time off, agency workers MUST speak with your Onsite Manager and they will
    request approval from an OM or above

You are REQUIRED to call the Stord Call Out line. Text at (725) 318-9857. Failure to call and text will result in a No Call No Show.​

Text if you will be late or absent from work, providing:​

  • First name​
  • Last name​
  • Department ​
  • Reason

 

Corrective Action: If an employee calls out CA will be issued depending on the reason, e.g., Car accident, etc.

● 1st – Verbal Warning
● 2nd – Written Warning
● 3rd – Final Warning
● 4th – Termination

Lunch / Other Policies

Lunch / BREAKS

Lunches are 30 minutes so it is suggested that you bring your lunch. Refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines and storage shelves are provided. Please do your part to keep the area clean.

Dress Code

  • No ripped jeans allowed
  • Crocs/UGG boots are not allowed
  • No hanging jewelry including necklaces or hoop earrings.
  • If you do have long hair, please have it tied up.
