Congratulations on being selected to work at Standvast!
Staffmark and Standvast have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Standvast.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

Standvast is open 7 days a week.
- Sunday – Wednesday | 7:30am – 5:30pm
- Wednesday – Saturday | 7:30am – 5:30pm
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 7:30am – 5:30pm
- Swing Shift | 5:30pm – 10:30pm

Please park on the side lot.
Please make sure you are not parking in visitor spots or reserved spots.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
- There are two clocks that you have to use daily.
- Staffmark clock – Please use the last 4 of your social security number to clock in and out. You MUST clock in and out daily and for lunch breaks.
- Standvast Kronos clock- you will receive this clock number when you arrive on your first day. Please make sure you are clocking in and out daily and for lunch breaks.
If you miss a punch you MUST complete a missed punch form and have it signed off by an area manager and have it turned into site leader within 24 hours of the missed punch.
Pay Rates
Starting at $17.00
Pay Schedule
Pay days are every week on Friday.
Paid weekly on Friday.
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Please make sure you are texting us @ 901-251-4400 with the following information:
- Full Name
- Shift
- Reason for call off
If you are missing an entire shift we need to have that information 2 hours prior to shift start time.
Requesting Time Off:
Please see the site leader for the request off form.
All request must be received and approved 48 hours prior to the date needed off. Please note approvals will be based on volume needs.
Lunch / Other Policies
Lunch break is 30 minutes.
Location has storage for lunches, refrigerator, microwaves, and vending.
Please do your part to keep the area clean.
Dress Code
What to wear:
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Closed toe shoes – must be comfortable
- Pants / Shorts – no holes or tears in pants, short should not be more then 3 inches above the knee
- Shirts – long or short sleeve
What not to wear:
- No Crocs or open back shoes.
- No Tank tops or Midriffs.
