Congratulations on being selected to work at Shutterfly!
Staffmark and Shutterfly have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Shutterfly.

Shifts | Workhours | Workdays
1st Shift – 4:00am to 4:00pm | Monday – Thursday | Pay $15.00/hr
2nd Shift – 4:00pm to 4:00am | Monday – Thursday | Pay $16.00/hr
3rd Shift – 4:00am to 4:00pm | Friday – Sunday | Pay $16.00/hr
4th Shift – 4:00pm to 4:00am | Friday – Sunday | Pay $17.00/hr.
Production Operator
In this role, you will work in the manufacturing area with product creation via hand work, not equipment operation. You’ll operate equipment equivalent to stickers and smashers and perform quality assessment checks and prepare work for the next operation.

Pay RATE
1st Shift Mon-Thurs 4a-4p $15.00
2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 4p-4a $16.00
3rd Shift Fri-Sun 4a-4p $16.00
4th Shift Fri-Sun 4p-4a $17.00
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard.
Attendance & Shifts
INCASE YOU ARE LATE OR ABSENT
Call/text if you will be late or absent from work, providing:
- First name
- Last name
- Reason
Must call at least 2 hours prior to shift.
REQUESTING TIME OFF
Come to Staffing Office, we will send email to Supervisor for approval.
Lunch / Other Policies
You will have two (2) 30 minute paid breaks, we have a food truck onsite Tues-Fri & a canteen in both breakrooms.
Dress Code
- T-shirts may be worn but must be free of profane or vulgar language and pictures.
- No tank tops, tube tops, halter tops, sleeveless, midriffs.
- Gym shoes are acceptable / no open toe or open heeled shoes. NO CROCS.
- No saggy or low-cut pants, exposed midriffs or undergarments are unacceptable.
- Badges must be worn visible below waist.
- No dangling jewelry is permitted (includes necklaces, bracelets, and large earrings)
- Long hair should be pulled back above the shoulders when working around machinery.
