Congratulations on being selected to work at RRD!
Staffmark and RRD have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and RRD.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

- 1st shift | 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 2nd shift | 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Time Clock Procedures
- Please use the last 4 digits of your social security number.
- You do not need to clock in or out for breaks.
Pay Schedule
- Paid weekly on Friday
- Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard

Requesting Time Off:
Please see your Onsite Manager to obtain a request off form.
All requested must be submitted and approved within 48 hours of the requested date.
Request approvals will be based on business volume.
Lunch / Other Policies
Breakrooms have the following:
- Vending
- Microwaves
- Refrigerator
- Use of cell phones or electronic devices on the production floor is strictly prohibited!!
- No headphones or ear bud usage at all times while on production floor.
- Always use designated pedestrian aisles when walking in Production area
- Always pick up all trash and debris in your work area and maintain good housekeeping.
- No Smoking anywhere on RRD property, this includes buildings, outside entryways, and parking lots.
