Congratulations on being selected to work at Rockline Industries!
Staffmark and Rockline Industries have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Rockline Industries.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Orientation Information
Orientation is scheduled on Thursdays at 8:45 am. You must not be late, or you will have to be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend, please call or text us at 479.750.0001.
Make sure to bring your picture badge ( badge made at the Staffmark office) with you. Report to the turnstile door located at the front of the building. Press the intercom button on the left keypad and let security know that you are there for Rockline Orientation.

Time Clock Procedures
Your Staffmark rep will show you the location of the clock on your first day and you will clock in/out with the last 4 of your social.

D Shift: $15.00
E Shift: $16.00
F Shift: $15.00
G Shift: $16.00
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay period is from Sunday to Saturday and is paid the following Friday.

Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Must call the Rockline Call-In Line at 479.725.5850.
Failure to call this number prior to shift start may result in termination of your assignment for No Call/No Show.
Requesting Time Off:
Time Off Requests are processed with our Onsite-Manager, Lisa Butler.
Lunch / Other Policies
Lunch
Cannot leave Rockline property for lunch or break. You can take your lunch in the breakroom or in your car. You are able to bring your lunch or Rockline has vending machines available as well as microwaves and refrigerators. Rockline provides free coffee and Gatorade.
NO SMOKING POLICY:
Rockline is a tobacco free facility. No smoking is allowed on the property, including the parking lot.
Dress Code
• Closed-toed shoes (shoes must cover your heels and toes)
• No holes in jeans/clothing or frayed clothing
• No jewelry, fake eyelashes, piercings, no fake nails, or nail polish
• No sequins, fur, glitter, rhinestones, hats, hoodies
