Staffmark and Ready-Set-Go have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Ready-Set-Go.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

- Unable to report to the assignment for any reason, text us within 2 hours of your start time.
- Planning or needing to quit your assignment for any reason, we ask for a 48-hour notice and then we can talk to you about your next assignment and how we can find you a better match for you.
- You have a work-related injury or incident!!!

Pay Schedule
Payday is EVERY FRIDAY (unless you are told otherwise)
Our preferred method of paying you is Direct Deposit or electronic Pay card.
If you chose to receive a paper check, it will be mailed to the address on your application. Paper checks often get delayed in the mail and typically will not arrive at your address for 3-4 days after payday.
You must wait 7-10 days to do a STOP Payment if your check were to get lost in the mail.
DIRECT DEPOSIT IS YOUR BEST METHOD TO GETTING YOUR CHECK ON TIME EVERY FRIDAY!
Your Staffmark Representative share with you when you accept the assignment how your time will be turned into us.
