Staffmark and Rantek have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Rantek.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
1st Shift | 6:30am – 5pm | Monday – Thursday
Overtime is very minimal.
You will get EVERY Saturday and Sunday off!
Occasionally, Fridays are worked but are USUALLY on a voluntary basis only. There are rare instances where Fridays may be mandated. You will be given a notice if/and when that happens.

Rantek is the first building on the left-hand side when entering the Montpelier Industrial Park off State Route 15.
Parking is on the side of the building.
You will enter the middle door on the side of the building on your first day.
The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.
Use the Staffmark timeclock on the wall located in the break area.
Use the last 4 of your social security number to clock in and out.
Be sure to clock out for your 30-minute lunch break.

30-minute unpaid lunch from 11:30am to Noon daily.
Always wear your safety equipment provided to you.
Be sure to always use your check block as this avoids any unnecessary quality issues. This is NOT optional, failure to use your check blocks could lead to ending your assignment.
There is also no excessive talking.
Please be sure to focus on your work and reach out to your supervisors if you have any questions.
