Congratulations on being selected to work at Parker Hannifin!
Staffmark and Parker Hannifin have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Parker Hannifin.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
How to Check-In
On your first day your Staffmark Onsite Representative will meet you at the employee entrance.
Photo ID is required on your first day.

Monday – Friday
- 1st Shift: 7am – 3pm
- 2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm
- 3rd Shift: 11pm – 7 am

Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Make sure to call in to the number on the back of your badge. That is the Parker Attendance Line. Once you call in send a message to 423-787-9529 and let us know the reason you are absent.
Requesting Time Off:
Please see your lead, then follow up with you On-site.
Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
Enter last 4 digits of your social security number (SSN) and select your name.
Then select either IN or OUT, whichever is appropriate.
Pay Rates
$18 per hour
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
- You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card
Lunch / Other Policies
Lunch break is 20 minutes.
Location has storage for lunches, refridgerator, microwave, and vending.
Please do you part to keep the area clean.

What to wear:
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- T-shirts.
- Jeans/work pants.
- Steel toe shoes.
What not to wear:
- Leggings.
- Loose fitting clothing.
- Tank-tops.
- Shorts.
