Congratulations on being selected to work at Pandion !
Staffmark and Pandion have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Pandion .
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

Park in the parking spaces that are open when you arrive.
Do not park in reserved parking or designated Handicap parking unless you have permission to do so.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
- Please be sure to clock in and out on the Staffmark timeclock using the last 4 digits of your social security number.
- You can also set up the clock to email or text you the hours that you have worked.
- If you miss a punch or have any questions on setting this up, please contact your Staffmark representative.
- Failure to clock in or out may effect your pay.
Pay Rates
Material Handler: $18.00/hour
Overtime pay after 40 hours
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent

Requesting Time Off:
If you would like to request any time off, please see your Staffmark representative in advance of the time that you are requesting.
lunch / Other policies
Lunches are 30 minutes so it is suggested that you bring your lunch.
Refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines and storage shelves are provided.
Please do your part to keep the area clean
Other Policies:
Phones and all personal electronic equipment are reserved for lunch period and breaks.
It is not safe to use it while working and a safety violation
Dress Code
What to Wear:
- You can wear casual attire like: Pants or shorts, jeans, khakis and cargos.
- Short or long-sleeved shirts or sweatshirts are acceptable.
- Make sure you wear comfortable closed toe shoes like sneakers.
- Hair should be tied up above the shoulders.
What NOT to Wear:
- No Crocs, Flip flops or Sandals or open toe or back shoes.
- No loose or dangling jewelry.
- Please make sure your clothing isn’t baggy, sagging or has any slang logos.
