Congratulations on being selected to work at Maersk!

We’re excited to have you on the team! Our goal is to make sure you feel supported and set up for success from day one. Meet David, our dedicated onsite contact—he’s your point person for anything you need while on the job. And Taylor, your recruiter, has already helped get you onboarded and processed. She’ll continue to be a resource for you throughout your assignment!

How to Check-In

On your first day, please arrive early to allow time for parking and getting inside the building. Your onsite leader will meet you and escort you to your department.

Orientation Information

You will receive a brief orientation onsite on your first day of work to help you get familiar with the team, expectations, and your new workspace. (Main orientation done in office, along with Background ran prior to starting your first day).

Employee Policies

Time Clock

Time Clock Procedures

You will use the last four of your social security number to clock in and out for day. You will select Amazon GL for your department.

If you miss a punch please make sure you are complete a missed punch form, have an AM or Higher sign and return to Onsite Manager.

Attendance Policy

10 Point System

Your first two weeks of training are extremely important to your success. if you miss in this time period you will be released from your assignment.

  • 1/4 point for punch adjustment form
  • 1/2 point Late or Leave early
  • 1 point absent via call out
  • 3 points No call no show

Employees who consistently accrue points may be subject to termination before reaching the 10-point threshold.

REquesting time off / Incase you are late or absent

If you have an emergency come up you will need to text our line the following information:

  • Name
  • Department
  • Reason
  • Call back number

If you need to request a day off please see your onsite. Please remember that request are approved based off production needs and not all requests will be approved.

Lunch / Other Policies

Lunch / BREAKS

(2) 30 min breaks (3rd shift gets an extra 15 minute break).

The breakroom provides the following:

  • Market Place Vending (fresh market items)
  • Refrigerators
  • Microwaves
  • Storage for lunch box

Please remember that we want to keep our facility clean and it is your responsibility to clean up after yourself when you are finished eating your lunch.

Dress Code

  • Tee shirts short or long sleeved 
  • Jeans or long pants (Shorts must be no shorter then 2 inches about the knees)
  • COMPOSITE Toe shoe/boots are required.
  • Cell phones can stay on person, but must keep put up on warehouse floor.
