How & Where to Check-In On Site

First Day Check-In Process at Lucid Motors
Arrival Time:
  • Arrive at the facility and allow time for parking and walking to the entrance. (Exact orientation start time will be emailed 1–2 days before the start date.)

 

Parking Instructions:
  • Enter the parking lots using Lucid Center Rd.
  • Park only in areas outlined in green on the map (these will be designated for new hires).

 

Please do not park:
  • Where there are Lucid vehicles
  • In areas with cones
  • In visitor parking spots

 

Check-In Location:
  • Go to the Main/Visitor Entrance at 317 S. Thornton Rd., Casa Grande, AZ.
  • Check in with security at the Visitor Security Office.

 

Meeting Point:
  • After checking in, the Learning & Development team will meet you there and guide you to orientation.

Orientation Information

When & Where does orientation take place?
  • Orientation for Lucid Motors contingent workers takes place on, Monday and Wednesday, at 317 S. Thornton Road, Casa Grande, AZ 85193.

 

What should new hires bring to orientation?
  • A writing utensil (pens or pencils), as workbooks will be provided for notes and activities.
  • You must also wear pants or jeans that are free of rips and closed-toe shoes. Note that non-compliant attire will result in being unable to attend, and orientation will have to be rescheduled.
  • Safety shoes (steel-toe or composite) are required after completing orientation, though not necessarily for orientation day itself.

 

What can new hires expect to gain from orientation?
  • Be introduced to Lucid Motors’ work environment and safety protocols.
  • Participate in notebook-based learning activities.
  • Receive important information to help them successfully begin their role at Lucid Motors.

A Shift
  • Production: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday
  • Material Handler: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday
    *These schedules can change based on production
B Shift
  • Production: 4:30 PM to 3:30 AM Monday-Friday
  • Material Handler: 4:30 PM to 6:00 AM Monday-Friday

You will receive an email from Beeline with instructions on how to log in and submit your hours. Be sure to check both your inbox and junk/spam folder for this email, as it may have gone to the wrong folder.

Pay & Policies

Time Clock

It’s important that you remember to clock in and out each day using the time clock.

  • Please remember to clock in and out at the correct times: when starting your shift and when ending your shift..
  • You may clock in up to 5 minutes before your scheduled start time, but no earlier.
  • Be sure to only clock in and out for yourself—sharing or swapping time punches is not allowed and can lead to serious consequences, up to and including termination with Staffmark.

Attendance Policy

Attendance & Paid Sick Leave Policy: Effective for All Arizona-Based Employees

At Lucid Motors, we are committed to supporting the health and well-being of our employees. In compliance with Arizona Proposition 206 – The Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act, the following attendance and paid sick leave policy applies to all employees working in Arizona.

 

Eligibility:
  • All employees working in Arizona are eligible to accrue paid sick leave under this policy.

 

Accrual of Sick Leave:
  • Accrual begins on your date of hire.
  • You will accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked.
  • The maximum accrual is 40 hours per year, with a rollover allowance of unused time up to a maximum of 80 hours.
  • Sick leave must be used in increments of 1 hour.

 

Waiting Period
  • You may begin using accrued sick leave after 90 calendar days from your date of hire.

 

Use of Sick Leave. Sick leave can be used for:
  • Your own or a family member’s mental or physical illness, injury, or health condition
  • Medical diagnosis, care, or treatment
  • Preventive medical care
  • Absences related to domestic violence, sexual violence, abuse, or stalking
  • Public health emergencies
  • Family Members Covered: You may use sick leave to care for immediate family members.
  • Rate of Pay
  • Sick leave will be paid at your regular hourly rate at the time of the absence.

 

Notice Requirements
  • Please notify your supervisor in advance, if possible, when you need to take paid sick leave.
  • A sick notice is required for all absences related to sick leave.

 

Rollover & Maximum Accrual
  • Unused sick time will roll over up to 40 hours, with a maximum accrual cap of 80 hours.
  • You may use up to 40 hours of paid sick leave per calendar year.

 

Separation & Rehire
  • If you are rehired within 9 months of separation, any unused sick leave will be reinstated.

 

Payout on Termination
  • Accrued sick leave is not paid out upon termination of employment.

 

Recordkeeping & Notices
  • Sick leave balances will be shown on your wage statement.
  • Records of paid sick leave will be retained for 4 years.
  • Notice of this policy is provided via posters and paycheck statements.

Dress Code

At Lucid Motors, our dress code is designed to maintain a safe, professional, and inclusive work environment that reflects our company values and meets safety requirements in all areas of our facilities.

General Requirements
  • Please wear your Staffmark T-shirt throughout your assignment
  • If you’re working as a Material Handler, a vest is required as part of your uniform
Mandatory Attire for Orientation & Work Areas
  • Pants or jeans should be free of rips, holes, or tears
  • Closed-toe shoes
  • After orientation, safety shoes (steel-toe or composite) are required
  • Shirts should cover the torso completely
  • Additional PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is provided by the company based on your role and must be worn at all times in designated areas
Prohibited Attire
  • Clothing with offensive or inappropriate language/images
  • Excessively baggy or tight clothing that may interfere with equipment or safety gear
  • Items that present a safety hazard, such as hanging jewelry or accessories
  • Shorts, skirts, or dresses
Non-Compliance

To help everyone get off to a great start, please make sure you arrive in the correct attire. Employees who are not dressed appropriately:

  • Will need to adjust clothing before joining orientation or starting their shift
  • May have their start delayed or be asked to return home to change
  • Continued issues with the dress code may lead to further action
Special Circumstances

Religious or medical accommodations related to dress code will be reviewed and granted as appropriate in coordination with Human Resources.
