Congratulations on being selected to work at Impact LeGrand!
Staffmark and LeGrand have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and LeGrand.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

Friday – Sunday | 6:00am – 6:00pm | $16.00

Park in a designated parking spot. Please do not park in spaces marked for Visitors, Handicapped (unless authorized), Reserved, LEED or carpool spots (unless authorized).

Employee Policies
Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
You will be using a timeclock to track your hours.
Clock in daily with your assigned badge.
Failure to clock in and out can affect your pay.
Please contact your shift manager, admin coach or focus coach if you have any issues with the timeclock.
Pay Schedule
- Overtime pay after 40 hours.
- Paid weekly on Friday.
- Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard.
- Access paystubs at www.EmployeeWorkplace.com
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
You are REQUIRED to call Staffmark at 570.710.6314.
Failure to call and text will result in a No Call No Show.
Call/text if you will be late or absent from work, providing:
- First name
- Last name
- Department
- Reason
- Phone number
Requesting Time Off:
You can not take any days off your first week due to training.
If you need to take any days off you will have to speak to your shift manager or admin coach.
Lunch / Other Policies
Cafeteria on-site for convenience.
Microwaves and vending machines also available.
American Eagle will also buy you lunch one day a week!
Dress Code
What to wear:
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Long pants or Jeans, Shorts (4 inches or less above the knee).
- T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Blouses.
- Comfortable non-skid shoes with closed toe and heels.
- Must be soft soled like sneakers.
- Bone conduction headphones are allowed.
What not to wear:
- No loose clothing, baggy clothes.
- No loose or hanging jewelry.
- Spaghetti straps, midriff shirts.
- Baggy Jeans that are loose or hanging.
- T-shirts with profanity, explicit language or graphics.
- No open toe or heel shoes, flip-flops, crocs or clogs.
