Congratulations on being selected to work at Jonesboro!

Staffmark and Jonesboro have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Jonesboro.

It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

Time Clock + Pay

Time Clock Procedures

You will us the client’s timeclock
You must clock in when you start work, clock out and in for lunch break, and clock out when you stop working for that day

Pay Schedule

$14.00/hour

Pay period is Monday to Sunday which will be paid the following Friday.

You have 2 ways to receive check:

  • Direct Deposit
  • Skylight Pay Card

Attendance & Shifts

Incase you are late or absent

If you are going to be late or absent, you must text Staffmark at 870-931-7555 before shift time.

Requesting Time Off:

You must fill out the client form ahead of time to request time off.

Lunch / Other Policies

You receive a 1 hour lunch break.

Attendance is based off the client’s policy. If you have questions please ask.

Dress Code

What to wear:

  • Close-toed shoes
  • Shirt with at least short sleeves
  • Work pants

What not to wear:

  • Cut off sleeve shirts
  • Pajamas
  • House shoes, flip flops, slides, or any open-toed/foot shoes
