How to Check-In

To check-in enter through Door 66 under Door 2650 and go to the Security Desk and let them know that you are with Staffmark and it is your first day.

  • Please ensure you arrive in the proper clothing based on the dress code provided to you below.
  • Please note that iHerb is behind the Volkswagen dealership

Orientation Information

Staffmark orientation is done in our EDC, the recruiters schedule it based on our availability.

Shifts | Workhours | Workdays

On your 1st day, you need to arrive at or by 7:40 am – you will be working to 4pm

Core shift will be Saturday-Sunday |6:00 am to 4:00 pm

Parking

Parking is available along the front and far side of the building. Park in any spot not labeled reserved. 
 
  • Do not take up multiple spaces, stay within the lines.
  • Do not park in the visitor spaces in front of the front door.
  • Do not park in reserved spaces without appropriate approval
  • Do not park in ADA parking spaces without a placard or sticker.

Time Clock + Pay

Time Clock Procedures

 You will be required to punch in and out each day using the Staffmark timeclock found directly inside of the warehouse.

  •  Please enter the last 4 of your social security # and then tap Clock In.
  • You will use this clock every day to clock in and out.
  • Once you clock in; you should wait in the breakroom for the Safety Manager, Donnie, to call you into the training room for more instructions.’
  • You will not be required to punch out for lunch. 
Pay Rates

Pay range | $17.50 or $19.50

*Pay is based on shift.

Pay Schedule
  • Paydays are every Friday.
  • Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
  • The 2 BEST ways to receive your pay check:

Attendance & Shifts

Attendance Policy

The Attendance Policy is based on an 8 point system. Points are assessed when a Team Member has an unapproved/unscheduled late arrival, leave and return, early departure, or absence. See below for more details.

  • A total of 8 points accumulated in a rolling calendar year will result in termination of assignment.
  • Attendance points accumulate starting on the first day of your assignment at iHerb.
  • Accumulating 3 attendance points within the first 90 days or accumulating 1 point during your first week while on assignment at iHerb will result in the end of your assignment.

Lunch / Other Policies

Lunch / BREAKS
Lunch times are determined at the site and discussed on their first day.

Dress Code

  • Long hair must be secured back and above the shoulder line. We use the “shirt collar” rule – if it’s touching your shirt collar, it needs to go further up.
    • Hats are fine!
  • Small earrings, thin necklace tucked inside of the shirt, bracelets, wristwatches, rings are all fine. If those rings contain stones, team members will be asked to wear gloves.
  • No perfume or cologne, please.
  • Shirts must have some sort of sleeve – short or long is fine but no cutoffs/sleeveless.
    • Nothing loose, baggy, torn, or ripped.
  • No hoodies or jackets are allowed on the work floor.
  • Jeans/work pants/knee-length shorts 
  • Tights/leggings are okay, but shirts must then hit mid-thigh or team members must wear shorts on top of the leggings. Nothing loose, baggy, torn, or ripped.
  • Tennis shoes. 
    • No flip-flops, open-toed shoes, heels, moccasins, crocs,…etc.
    • Steel toe shoes are not required.
