How to Check-In

On your first day your onsite manager or talent ambassador will meet with you. They will show you to your specific area. You will be issued a badge on your first day and need to bring that with you daily.

Orientation Information

Your Staffmark Representative will inform you the date of your orientation. Orientation takes place on site.

*Leads and FLO are expected 15 minutes before the shift start time as their official start time.

Time Clock

Time Clock Procedures

You are responsible for clock in and out for your shifts daily. If you miss a punch please make sure you are letting your site team know and you are filling out a missed punch form.

Attendance Policy

The points system outlined below will be applied for all absences not covered by paid sick leave or another state or federal leave as defined in the associated policies:

  • Partial days, up to 2 hours = 0.5 Attendance Point Each Day
  • Partial days, between 2 hours and up to half regularly scheduled day = 1 Attendance Point Each Day
  • Each full day, including consecutive days = 2 Attendance Points Each Day
  • No Call/No Show = 5 Attendance Points Each Day
  • Two consecutive days No Call/No Show = Job abandonment

REquesting time off / Incase you are late or absent

Employees must notify the onsite team at 331-258-8665, and the IDL team at 815-888-0199 as soon as possible, but no later than one hour prior to shift or the absence will be considered a No Call/No Show.

Lunch / Other Policies

Lunch / BREAKS

The breakroom is equipped with microwave, refrigerators, storage for lunch boxes and Market vending. Please make sure you remember to clean up after yourself in the breakroom.

Dress Code

Tee Shirts/Long or Short Sleeve, Jeans with no rips or tears, closed toe shoes.
