When you arrive, please head into the main lobby and check in with security to receive your temporary access badge. Once you’re checked in, be sure to let your direct manager or supervisor know you’ve arrived so they can welcome you and help you get settled.
To make your first day as smooth as possible, we recommend arriving about 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. This gives you plenty of time to check in, get your badge, and connect with your manager without feeling rushed. We’re excited to have you here and look forward to your first day!

The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Navigate to Time & Payment, then click on Wage Statements. From there, select the Pay Inquiry tab to view your wage statements.
Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.
Your PTO balance can be viewed in Employee Workplace under Wage Statements. It will appear in the top right corner above your statements. Your balance will be as of the prior week. For any specific PTO questions, please reach out to TPScompliance@advantagetechnical.com
To update your W4, please fill out either the Federal or State (or both) forms and email TPSCompliance@advantagetechnical.com to submit your request. If you do not have these forms, please email TPScompliance@advantagetechnical.com and they can provide you with the forms. To update your address, please reach out to your Employee Relations representative.
You can request PTO by completing the Time Off Request Form. Please notify your manager in advance and submit the completed form to TPSCompliance@advantagetechnical.com for payment. Please do NOT enter your PTO hours into your timesheet.
Sick time can also be requested using the Sick Time Request Form. Please notify your manager prior to taking sick time and submit the form to TPSCompliance@advantagetechnical.com for payment. Please do NOT enter your sick time hours into your timesheet.

Please use InView for timekeeping unless you are assigned to the Techline Group. Ensure all hours are entered accurately and submitted by the end of your shift on Friday whenever possible, or no later than Monday morning. Please note that all InView time entries must be finalized and closed by end of day Monday.
Your pay rate should remain confidential, and you can access this via your Employee Workplace (Offer Letter, Paystub).

Maximum PTO balance is equal to annual accrual (see table); accrual stops once the cap is reached and resumes after dropping below it, without retroactive accrual.
